Pemigatinib is a drug that blocks the FGFR, which is used to treat cholangiocarcinoma, a type of cancer linked to FGFR2 fusions. It stops the FGFR from sending those signals. You can get it as a tablet in doses of 4.5 mg, 9 mg, or 13.5 mg.
They usually suggest taking 13.5 mg every day for two weeks out of every three weeks. Each bottle comes with 14 tablets.
