Fidaxomicin is a special antibiotic that’s used to treat Clostridioides difficile infections. It works by stopping the bacteria from making RNA, which helps fight the infection. The tablets are these film-coated things, each one is 200 mg.
You’re supposed to take 200 mg twice a day for 10 days. The tablets come in bottles with 20 of them in each.
