Finerenone is a non-steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist primarily used for the treatment of chronic kidney disease in patients with type 2 diabetes. It’s made to cut down on the scarring and swelling that comes with kidney disease. You can get it in 10 mg or 20 mg doses, both of them in these film-coated tablets.
They usually say to take the 20 mg once every day if you’re an adult. It comes in bottles with 30 pills in each.
