Quizartinib is an FLT3 inhibitor. It’s used to treat AML that comes back or doesn’t respond after treatment, especially when there are FLT3-ITD mutations. It works by blocking FLT3 signaling.
You can get this drug in two strengths: 17.7 mg and 26.5 mg as film-coated tablets. The typical dose is 53 mg, taken once a day after a starting phase. The tablets come in bottles of 28 pills each.
