This is Gilteritinib, an FLT3 inhibitor. It’s used for AML that comes back or doesn’t respond to treatment, especially in cases where there’s a FLT3 mutation. Gilteritinib works by blocking FLT3 kinase, which is a big player in cancer cell growth.
You can get this stuff as film-coated tablets, and each one has 40 milligrams in it. The doc usually says to take 120 milligrams of this a day, just once, by mouth. These come in bottles with 90 tablets each.
