Crizotinib is a kind of inhibitor that targets ALK, ROS1, and MET. These are kinases linked to Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) in people with ALK or ROS1 mutations. You’ve got two dosage options: 200 mg and 250 mg capsules.
The usual dose is 250 mg, twice a day, and you can take it with or without food. Each bottle comes with 60 capsules.
