Generic Dravet Syndrome Anticonvulsant Sotripentol

Sotripentol is a type of seizure medication. It’s usually used for Dravet syndrome, often mixed with other treatments. It works by boosting the GABA system, which helps manage seizures.

The suggested amount is 50 mg for every kilo of your weight, taken just once a day. You split it up evenly, though. You’ll take it along with other meds that your doc tells you to.

You can get it in two doses—either 250 or 500 mg in each capsule. It comes in bottles with 60 pills each. You’re supposed to take these by mouth.

And it’s super important to follow your doc’s dosing plan for it to work best.
