Tucatinib, it’s a medication that stops HER2 from working, and it’s used to treat breast cancer in people with brain tumours. It works by stopping that HER2 from sending its signals around. There are two types of this drug – pills that have a little coating, 50 mg and 150 mg.
Doctors usually suggest 300 mg of Tucatinib per day, split between two times, and you take it with a meal. This medication usually comes in bottles with 60 tablets each.
