Erdafitinib is an inhibitor. It’s used for metastatic urothelial carcinoma with FGFR2/3 alterations. It works by blocking that FGFR signaling pathway.
It comes in film-coated tablets, with strengths of 3 mg, 4 mg, and 5 mg. The recommended dose is 8 mg a day, but it can be upped to 9 mg if needed. Each bottle has 56 tablets.
