Repotrectinib is an inhibitor. It’s made to target a bunch of kinases. It’s especially for people with ROS1-positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and cancers with NTRK fusion.
The capsules are 40 mg each. You start with 160 mg once a day for two weeks, then switch to 160 mg twice a day. Each bottle has 60 capsules.
It gives you a full 30-day supply of the once-a-day dose, and some extra for when you switch to twice a day. It’s a TRK/ROS1/ALK inhibitor, which means it’s good at stopping those kinases that make tumors grow.
