Aprocitentan is used to treat a type of high blood pressure that doesn’t respond to other medicines. It works by blocking something called endothelin receptors, which helps keep blood vessels from narrowing.
This medication comes in 12.5 mg tablets and you’re supposed to take them once a day. You’ll usually find the medicine in a bottle with 30 of these tablets inside.
