Neratinib is a HER2 inhibitor. It’s meant for treating HER2-positive breast cancer. Its job is to block those EGFR/HER2 signaling pathways.
It comes in 40 mg tablets with a film coating. The usual dose for adults is 240 mg, taken once a day and it’s best with some food. You’ll find it in bottles, each one holding 180 of those tablets.
