Alectinib is a treatment for a certain type of lung cancer where ALK is positive and it has spread. The medicine blocks something called ALK signaling, which plays a big role in making tumors grow and spread in people with this lung cancer.
The drug comes as 150 mg capsules and is suggested to be taken two times a day, with food, at a total of 600 mg. These capsules come in bottles with 240 capsules in each.
