Aprocitentan is a type of medication that blocks endothelin receptors, which is used to treat tough-to-control high blood pressure. It helps by relaxing the blood vessels, which in turn helps bring down blood pressure. The medicine comes in 12.5 mg tablet form.
You’re supposed to take the recommended dose of 12.5 mg of the pill every day. Each bottle has 30 pills, which is enough for a whole month. You should keep taking it all the time, unless your doctor tells you to change the amount based on tests.
