Asciminib is a BCR-ABL inhibitor. It’s used for CML patients who’ve tried other treatments and they haven’t worked. It zeroes in on the ABL myristoyl pocket.
You can get it in two doses: 20 mg and 40 mg. The usual dose is 80 mg once a day or 40 mg two times a day. It comes in bottles with 60 film-coated tablets in each one.
