Belumosudil is an inhibitor of Rho-associated coiled-coil kinase 2 (ROCK2) used to treat chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). It works by lowering the inflammation and scarring that come with the disease. The drug comes as these tablets with a film on them.
Each one has 200 mg of what really matters in them. The suggested amount to take is 200 mg, once per day, and it’s best with food. You usually get it in a bottle with 30 of these tablets each.
