This med is made just for NSCLC patients with those EGFR things, like exon 19 deletions or the L858R mutation. So, it works by blocking this EGFR pathway that’s super important for cancer cells to grow. There are three forms of this stuff: 15 mg, 30 mg, and the biggest one, 45 mg, all in those film-coated tablet things.
You’re supposed to take the 45 mg dose every day to really get the treatment going. Each dose is in its own bottle with 30 tablets, so it’s all ready to go and easy for patients.
