Dacomitinib is an EGFR inhibitor. It’s used to treat NSCLC, especially in cases where there’s a deletion in exon 19 or a L858R mutation in exon 21. It works by stopping the EGFR signaling process.
You can get it in 15, 30, or 45 mg doses. The usual dose is 45 mg, taken every day. The pills have a coating, and they come in bottles with 30 pills each.
