Entrectinib is made to target TRK, ROS1, and ALK, and it’s mainly used for solid tumors that have NTRK fusions and certain types of lung cancer. Entrectinib takes out a bunch of kinases that play a key role in cancer growth. It comes as capsules, and you’ve got two choices in strength: 100 mg and 200 mg.
You’re supposed to take a standard dose of 600 mg once a day, and you can take it with or without food. Each package has a bottle that holds 30 capsules.
