Mobocertinib is an EGFR inhibitor. It’s used to treat Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in folks with a specific mutation in the EGFR gene. It works by zeroing in on the EGFR gene to stop cancer cells from growing.
You can get it in 40 mg capsules. The usual dose is 160 mg, taken once a day, and it doesn’t matter if you take it with or without food. Each bottle holds 90 capsules.
