Mobocertinib is a targeted treatment. It works by stopping the EGFR enzyme in cells with certain gene changes—like EGFR exon 20 insertions. These gene changes can cause NSCLC, which is non-small cell lung cancer.
You can get it in 40 mg capsules. The usual amount to take daily is 160 mg, and you should only take it once a day. You can take this dose with or without food—it doesn’t matter.
One bottle has 90 capsules and is enough for 30 days of therapy if you take the recommended dose.
