Neratinib is an irreversible HER2 blocker, mainly used to treat HER2-positive breast cancer. It works by blocking the EGFR/HER2 signaling pathways. The drug comes as 40 mg tablets, which are kind of like a glossy coated pill.
You’re supposed to take 240 mg of it every day, and it’s best to have it with something to eat. One bottle has 180 tablets, good for about 45 days when you take it the recommended way.
