Olaparib is this PARP inhibitor. It’s made specifically to treat cancers caused by BRCA mutations, like ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers. What it does is it stops cancer cells from fixing their DNA.
You’ve got two options for doses: 100 mg and 150 mg. The recommended dose is 300 mg taken twice daily, which can be administered with or without food. The pills come with a little coating on them.
Each bottle holds 60 of those pills.
