Palbociclib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor used for HR /HER2breast cancer. It’s mainly for blocking cell cycle progression. You’re supposed to take 125 mg of it every day for 21 days out of every 28-day cycle.
And each dose is this capsule thing, comes in 75 mg, 100 mg, or 125 mg sizes. It comes in bottles with 21 capsules each. So, that makes the whole cycle dosing 125 mg times 21 capsules.
