Pirtobrutinib is this nifty BTK inhibitor thingy we use for treating mantle cell lymphoma and CLL. It goes after that BTK signaling stuff, super important in lymphomas like these. You can get this drug in two doses, 50 mg or 100 mg, each in tablet form.
For grown-ups, they usually go with 200 mg once a day. To get the right dose, you pop two of the 100 mg tablets or four of the 50 mg ones. These tablets are pretty chill about dosing.
You can split one if you need to. The tablets come in a bottle with 60 of them, which is just perfect for a 30-day run if you’re taking them every day.
