Ponatinib is an inhibitor. It’s used to treat CML and Ph ALL, which are types of leukemia that don’t respond to other TKIs. It works by hitting several kinases.
You got two doses: 15 mg and 45 mg. The doc usually recommends 45 mg, and you take it once a day. You can take the pills with or without eating.
Each pack has 30 of those coated tablets.
