Repotrectinib is a treatment for ROS1-positive NSCLC and NTRK-positive cancers. It’s a targeted therapy, by the way. So, what it does is stop certain enzymes, called kinases, which help cancer cells grow and live.
It goes after three specific kinases: TRK, ROS1, and ALK. You can get this stuff in 40 mg capsules. The dose is 160 mg a day for the first two weeks, and then it goes up to 160 mg twice a day.
The medicine comes in bottles with 60 capsules.
