Tepotinib is a strong MET kinase inhibitor. It’s been okayed for use in NSCLC patients who don’t have ALK or ROS-1 mutations and have a certain kind of MET gene change. It works by shutting down the MET signal and stopping cancer cells from growing.
You get these tablets that are 225 mg each. You take two a day, with food, every day. They package the tablets in bottles of 30.
So you get a one-month supply of 450 mg doses if you take them as prescribed.
