This med called Tofacitinib, it’s a pill, and it’s really good for stuff like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and something called ulcerative colitis. It’s what we call a JAK inhibitor, and it kind of controls how your immune system behaves. You can get it in two doses, a 5 mg one or a 10 mg one, both as coated pills.
For grown-ups, they usually recommend taking 5 mg, twice a day. You’ll find these tablets in bottles, with 60 pills in each one.
