Trametinib is aMEK inhibitor used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It stops the MEK signaling pathway. You can get the drug in two doses – 0.5 mg and 2 mg.
The suggested amount to take is 2 mg, and you should take it once a day on an empty belly. The pills are coated and come in bottles with 30 tablets each.
