Trametinib is used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It’s a type of MEK inhibitor. It stops MEK signaling from happening.
You can get it in two doses—0.5 mg and 2 mg. The tablets are all coated and they’re the ones most people use. The thing to do is take 2 mg of it every day, and it’s best on an empty stomach.
Each bottle has 30 tablets, which is enough for a month’s worth at the regular dose.
