Trametinib is a MEK inhibitor. It’s used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It blocks the MEK signaling process.
You can get it in 0.5 mg or 2 mg tablet forms, they’re coated. You’re supposed to take 2 mg a day on an empty stomach. These tablets come in bottles with 30 pills each.
