Vemurafenib is a BRAF inhibitor. It’s specifically made for treating melanoma with a BRAF V600E mutation. It stops the BRAF signaling, which is super important for melanoma growth.
You get these tablets in 240 mg doses. The recommended dose for patients with BRAF V600E mutation is 960 mg administered twice daily, without the requirement to take it with or without food. You’ll have to take two tablets every 12 hours as part of your treatment.
You can take these tablets with or without eating. These tablets come in bottles with 112 of ’em.
