Venetoclax is a pill that stops BCL-2 family members from doing their thing. It’s mostly used to treat two kinds of blood cancers: CLL and AML. You’ve got your choice of three tablet strengths: 10 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg.
Doctors usually start CLL patients on 300 mg a day, and then they might raise it to 400 mg after a while. It’s usually taken with a meal. It comes in bottles, each with 120 tablets covered with a film.
