Fidaxomicin is an antibiotic. It’s used to treat Clostridioides difficile infection. The way the drug works is by stopping bacterial RNA from making more stuff.
It comes in 200 mg tablets with a coating. You’re supposed to take the tablets, twice a day, for 10 days. Each time, it’s 200 mg.
The tablets come in bottles, and there are 20 tablets in each one.
