Pemigatinib is an inhibitor made to go after cholangiocarcinoma tumors that have FGFR2 fusions. It works by stopping FGFR signaling, which is really important for how tumor cells grow and live. There are three strengths of it: 4.5 mg, 9 mg, and 13.5 mg pills.
You’re supposed to take the 13.5 mg pills every day for 14 days out of every 21-day cycle. Each bottle holds 14 of these tablets, which is just right for one whole cycle of the treatment.
