Gefitinib is an EGFR inhibitor used for NSCLC. It mainly targets EGFR exon 19 deletions and exon 21 L858R mutations. It works by stopping EGFR signaling.
The drug comes in 250 mg tablets. You’re supposed to take 250 mg of it once a day, and it doesn’t matter if you take it with or without food. Each bottle has 30 tablets in it.
