Sunitinib is a multipurpose kinase inhibitor. It’s used to treat Renal Cell Carcinoma, GIST, and Neuroendocrine Tumors in the pancreas. The active parts of it hit on VEGFR, PDGFR, and a few others.
You can get it as a capsule in 12.5, 25, or 50 mg. They usually say to take 50 mg every day, for four weeks out of every six-week stretch. Each bottle has 28 capsules.
