So, lenalidomide is this thing that helps with multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndromes, kind of like a helper for the immune system. It’s part of a group of medicines called immunomodulatory drugs. The main stuff in it is called lenalidomide.
You take it in capsule form, from 2.5 mg all the way up to 25 mg. They usually say to take 25 mg once a day, for 21 days out of every 28-day stretch. Each bottle comes with 21 of these capsules.
It does its thing by messing with immune cells and cancer cell growth.
