Lorlatinib is a third-generation inhibitor for Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) and ROS1 gene rearranged cancers, specifically indicated for ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) following failure of previous ALK inhibitors. It goes after these ALK and ROS1 things to try and stop tumors from growing. The pill version of lorlatinib comes in two sizes: 25 mg and 100 mg tablets.
You’re supposed to take 100 mg of this stuff everyday; you can eat or not eat before you pop it, really doesn’t matter. These pills come in bottles with about a month’s supply, give or take 10.
