This stuff, lorlatinib, is a pretty new ALK and ROS1 blocker. Lorlatinib goes after those ALK and ROS1 things to squash cancer in those who’ve had their growth go on again after using other ALK inhibitors. You can get this in 25 or 100 mg pill form with that shiny coating.
The doc usually suggests taking it as 100 mg each day, but it’s okay either with or without eats. They stick it in bottles with a 30-tablet count. It is used as a subsequent treatment following progression on earlier ALK inhibitors and is not a generic drug itself.
