Neratinib is a type of HER2 inhibitor. It’s meant to treat breast cancer that’s HER2-positive. It works by shutting down EGFR and HER2 signaling channels.
The drug’s in tablet form—40 mg, actually, and they’ve got a film coat on them. You’re supposed to take 240 mg of it once per day, and always with food. These tablets come in bottles with 180 in each.
