Osimertinib is a EGFR T790M inhibitor. It’s used to treat Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. It’s made to hit on those EGFR mutations that are pretty common in lung cancer.
You can get osimertinib in two strengths: 40 mg and 80 mg. The usual dose is 80 mg, taken every day. These tablets have a coating to make them easier to swallow.
You can take them with or without eating. Each bottle holds 30 of these film-coated tablets.
