Pemigatinib is a drug that helps with cholangiocarcinoma, a type of liver cancer. It targets something called FGFR2 fusions and stops FGFR signaling. You can get it in 4.5 mg, 9 mg, or 13.5 mg doses, in the form of tablets.
The usual dose is 13.5 mg taken every day for 14 days, then you take a break for the next 7 days. Each bottle has 14 tablets.
