So, Ponatinib is used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia and this special kind of leukemia, called Ph ALL. And this type is a tough one since it’s been through other treatments like TKIs. It’s pretty strong stuff.
It targets more than one kinase. You can get it in two doses: 15 mg and 45 mg tablets. The usual dosage is 45 mg every day.
You can take it with or without eating. They come in bottles, with 30 tablets in each one.
