Ibrutinib is a BTK inhibitor. It’s used to treat Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, and Waldenström’s Macroglobulinemia. You can get it in 140 mg caps or tabs.
They usually suggest taking 420 to 560 mg of it every day. The med comes in bottles that hold 90 tablets each. It works by blocking something called BTK signaling.
This messes with how cancer cells grow and live. This med is meant to be taken by mouth.
