Regorafenib is a multi-kinase inhibitor. It’s used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer, GIST, and HCC. It works by going after a bunch of tyrosine kinase receptors.
These include VEGFR, TIE2, c-Kit, FLT3, RET, and ROS1. The medication is available in 40 mg film-coated tablets and the prescribed dose is 160 mg administered once daily, with a cycle of 21 active days within a 28-day treatment regimen. Each bottle has 84 tablets.
How much regorafenib you take depends on how well you handle it and how it works for you.
