Regorafenib is a pill taken by mouth, and it’s used for treating metastatic colon cancer, GIST, and liver cancer. It’s one of those multi-kinase inhibitors, kind of like a team player in the medication world. It attacks several kinases—like VEGFR and TIE2—to slow down cancer cell growth.
You can get it in 40 mg tablets with a nice coating. They usually tell you to take 160 mg every day, which means four of those pills. You do this for 21 days in a 28-day cycle.
Each bottle holds 84 pills, giving you a full month’s worth.
