Binimetinib is an MEK inhibitor. It’s specially designed for treating BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma, especially when paired with encorafenib. The way it works is by blocking this MEK signaling thing, which is a big deal for how cancer cells grow and live.
The pills are these 15 mg things with a coating. They’re usually taken twice a day, at a total of 45 mg. Each box has 84 of these tablets.
