Dabrafenib is a drug made just for treating BRAF V600E/K mutations in melanoma and lung cancer. It works by hitting the BRAF kinase enzyme, which is big in the MAPK signaling thing. You can get this drug in two sizes: 50 mg and 75 mg in caplet form.
The doc says to take 150 mg twice a day, best on an empty belly. The capsules come in bottles with 120 in each.
